Next Goal - Books

I love to read‼ Debbie Macomber will always be my favorite author because of her Cedar Cove series and my all-time favorite book Between Friends. However, I'm going to try and branch out a bit more this summer‼ If you know of any other spectacular books that I should read in the near future, feel free to comment with recommendations.

Thanks a billion in advance‼‼‼

Reading Update - August 15, 2011:
I learned a valuable lesson this summer: If one plans to work over forty hours a week, then she should not aspire to read a billion books as well. I finished the three books that I began reading in July! Several chapters in Damals War Es Friedrich were almost unreadable! German novels written on the topic of World War II can be rather depressing and disheartening at times. I thoroughly enjoyed Ifill's book though! It was inspiring and brought insight into a world of politics of which I knew very little. We'll soon see if Bridging the Gap was a helpful text. I almost feel that the authors of the book attempted to accomplish too much. Chapter eight was unbearably long, and many of the topics could have been condensed so that more material could be internalized by the readers. That, of course, is just my personal opinion. All in all, I thought it was a pleasant, relaxing read. I'm going to keep this page available with hopes of returning to my book list during the Thanksgiving holidays. Until then...

Reading Update - July 13, 2011:
I finished reading two books by Debbie Macomber last month. Since then, I've found myself diving into way too many books at once. More and more I'm reading based on my mood, regardless of whether I've completed a book or not before moving on to the next. Currently, I'm finishing up Breakthrough by Gwen Ifill, starting Damals War Es Friedrich, and reading Bridging the Gap in my spare time. Talk about variety‼
